Location

On the north coast of the Samaná peninsula, Dominican Republic: the whale bay on one side, the open Atlantic on the other.
Direct flights: Montreal and Toronto carried about 84 percent of El Catey airport's 2025 traffic, and Paris-Orly flies twice weekly since December 2025.
Santo Domingo is about 2 hours 15 minutes by the toll road; El Catey airport is 60 to 75 minutes from the valley.

A low-density home community in the El Valle valley, on the quiet north side of the Samaná peninsula.
Between two protected landscapes: the national park whose coastal boundary ends at the valley's beach, and the marine mammal sanctuary whose waters begin at the shoreline.
The tourist land ordinance zones this part of the peninsula for dispersed, low-density use; the project's own rules are written to keep the place what it is.

A green valley on the quiet north side of the Samaná peninsula, about an hour by road from El Catey international airport.
Playa El Valle: an undeveloped beach framed by a national park and a marine mammal sanctuary.
The state is building in the valley today: the bridge on the Samaná road and a 4 km road with a second bridge on the La Laguna side.

Humpback whales calve in Samaná bay every winter; the season runs 15 January to 31 March.
Los Haitises national park and its islets across the bay; Las Terrenas, the peninsula's international town, about an hour away by road.
El Catey airport flies Montreal, Toronto and Paris; Santo Domingo is about 2 hours 15 minutes by the toll road.

Registered title, verified against the official cadastre; individual lot titles follow the subdivision now before the registry.
Until individual titles issue, every sale rides on an instrument that protects the buyer, and no delivery date is promised that the registry has not confirmed.
Satellite internet works today; fixed fiber has not reached the valley.

At most 40 percent of any lot may be built on; the rest stays green, planted preferentially with native vegetation.
Height capped at ten to eleven meters; nothing rises above the trees.
